Between worst and best. Manufacturing is hard to be perfect, Briggs and Stratton may of gotten a new cam grinder but they still can’t cast perfect carbs precisely the same. Imagine you were the engine with the -6.5% carb when these engines are completely air starved regardless of weather/elevation/slide!
