Affiliate program terms

Version 2026-10-28. These terms apply when the program is open.

Who can join

You must be 18 or older, or 13 to 17 with a parent or guardian as the payee. The parent or guardian agrees to these terms, receives the payout, and is the person KartDen contacts about the account. A 13 to 17 creator does not get paid until that consent is recorded.

What can be paid

Pay is for qualifying views, not for every view. A qualifying view is one counted view per viewer per video per day, with enough watch time, and it is not the owner's own play. View bots, paid views, and clicking your own ads are not paid and can close the account. Rates vary by video length, video type, kart type, country, unique views, watch rate, and ads viewed. Rates can change going forward. They do not rewrite amounts already approved.

CPM pays for qualifying views and for tracked ad clicks. CPM does not pay a percent of any sale. There is no percent of every sale. Each product has its own offer. If a product has no offer, you get no sale commission. Other products are listed only when an offer exists. KartBrain pays 50 percent of the first month only. Month two is not paid. Shipping is not included. That offer is not turned on yet.

Holds, reserves, and reversals

Instant payouts are available anytime after the funds have cleared. Pay-per-view clears 10 days after the view. Forum post views clear 10 days after the view. Coaching voice-overs clear in 3 days. Sponsored money clears 14 days after it is sent. Commission on kart parts sold is held for 7 days, and a holdback percentage is kept for 90 days. Referred affiliates clear in 30 days. Commission on kart app installs clears in 7 days. A return, refund, or chargeback is taken back, first from that sale's reserve. A forum post earns $1.00 per 1,000 views for the life of that post, and only the author of the post is paid.

Minimum and fees

Creator funds (views, forum post views, revenue share, pay per sale, and referral pay) can be cashed out any day after the funds have cleared, once they reach $5. Instant payout is a 4% fee and arrives within 15 minutes. Standard payout to a connected bank is a 2% fee and takes 1 to 2 days. Check has no extra KartDen fee and is mailed on the 5th. Overnight check, FedEx, is a $100 fee. Venmo, PayPal, or other is a $10 fee. A payout is allowed when the amount, fee included, is the same as or less than the cleared available balance. Pending money cannot be paid out. Sponsorship cash-outs and coach cash-outs use the same Stripe $5 minimum. Those are not creator funds.

Referrals

A creator may share one affiliate ID. The first referrer is the only referrer. Pay, when the referral switch is on, is a percent of that friend's approved earnings for 150 months, set in admin (5 percent today). KartDen pays it on top. It is not taken from the friend. There is no pay for recruiting alone, and a friend's own referrals do not pay the original referrer. The same browser, the same signup address, or the same payout detail does not count. An admin can void a referral.

Taxes and deletion

KartDen stores a W-9 status only (none, requested, on file, or exempt). It does not store a tax identification number. One status covers every pay stream. Payout details are encrypted. Closing the account stops new earnings. Fraud can forfeit unpaid creator funds from this program.
