The story
I’m a rookie LO206 driver working toward my first win. I’ve spent the last year learning the kart, the clutch, and the data so I can be consistent instead of just fast on one lap. The money goes straight into race weekends. That means tires that are actually fresh for qualifying, a couple of practice sessions so the setup is dialed before we get there, and entry fees so I can run the full season instead of picking and choosing races. It also covers basic spares and the occasional dyno or clutch check so the engine stays strong all year. I’m not looking for a free ride. I’m putting in the seat time, the data work, and the late nights in the garage. Support just keeps the budget from deciding whether I can show up ready or show up hoping. Thanks for looking.

2027 Season Plan Running LO206 in the CKNA series plus local club races at New Castle Motorsports Park. Goal is a full season of consistent weekends so we can chase a first win and build real pace. Targeting 12-14 race weekends from early April through late October. That includes the main CKNA events and a few club nights for extra seat time. Practice days between races will focus on clutch tuning, gearing, and clean race starts. Key focus areas: - Getting consistent lap times instead of one-off fast laps - Learning traffic and racecraft in the midfield - Keeping the engine and clutch reliable so we finish what we start Season starts with the first CKNA weekend in early April. Everything else (tires, entries, and practice) is built around showing up ready for those races.
