Tillotson 212, Predator 212, and Ducar 212 Hemi engines are compared with tested horsepower numbers. The Tillotson 212 is 7.9 HP per the Tillotson website with a TCT fuel injection carburetor. The Ducar 212 Hemi tested 7.9 HP on this dyno run. The Predator 212 Hemi, throttle stop screw pulled back, tested 7.4 HP on this run and around 7.3 HP on previous runs; earlier runs under slightly different temp and barometric pressure were 6.6 to 6.8 HP with the throttle stop screw pulled back. Sources in the video show the Tillotson 212 has the same parts or is pretty much the same as the Ducar 212 Hemi, with a few minor differences, and the information collected is that Ducar produces the Tillotson 212 version. The Tillotson 212r is a different design, covered in another video versus the Predator non-Hemi. Another Predator 212 Hemi was compared against the Tillotson 212e and Ducar 212cc engines.
