A new Harbor Freight Predator 212cc Ghost kart racing engine was purchased and fully disassembled for a quick comparison of Ghost 212 internals, block, and parts against the DUCAR 212 Hemi. The Ghost 212 rev limiting coil is marked 97630, 6200rpm, YP 201215. The cylinder head is a DUCAR HEMI head on what is not a DUCAR block, described as a Loncin or other Harbor Freight 212 Hemi Predator block, the same old 212 Hemi with a DUCAR Hemi head fitted; DUCAR is noted as building Predator 224 engines for Harbor Freight. The $20 PZ-22 carburetor says Japan on the side. Inside it is largely a standard Predator 212 Hemi with a DUCAR Hemi head, a small camshaft and carburetor, and race engine tins. Further internal and external observations are in the related teardown titled The Secret Truth Of New Harbor Freight Predator 212cc Ghost 212 Kart Racing Engine Review and Teardown.
