Round one of the PKA Winter Series used an Australian Pursuit format: reverse grid, each driver rolling out after a calculated delay so the fastest kart starts last and must pass the field, with everyone meant to meet at the line together. Two LO206 Seniors ran at the front of a grid otherwise filled with two-stroke karts.
