This is the second heat of the day in Briggs senior at Round 3 of the 2018 GoPro Motorplex Karting Challenge. The planned start was 16th after an inversion from the first heat, but another driver caused a spin on the warm-up lap. Another kart cut in front, hard braking to avoid contact sent the kart backwards, and restarting took a long time. After getting going, the line was only a few rows from the back around 30th, then the drive was back to 18th. Not a good way to start a race.
