The kart was rebuilt for better fit and function. The engine mount was changed so the filter sits properly. The governor was taken off, covered in another video. A new seat went on with custom mounts and new hardware. A diagonal brace was added to the chassis where the original seat frame sat. New rear axle and bearings went in; the old axle is for another kart. New chain and clutch use a 10 tooth front sprocket, 44 tooth rear, and 420 chain. A new exhaust was made and fitted, also in a separate video. Suits arrived and a track run is planned in a few days.
