Cyclekarts GB ran demonstration sessions over three days at the Oulton Park Gold Cup 2026 in nearly every kind of British weather. Persistent rain made the circuit extremely slippery. Saturday was fully soaked. Sunday had short sunshine, wet hot laps, close battles, overtakes around both sides of the hairpin, and an exhaust failure that ended the weekend early for the number 8A Hudson Eight GP. Monday started bright and dry, then a last-minute storm soaked the track again just before the parade lap. The remaining drivers still went out, with more slides, spins, and wet running. Next is Race the Waves 2026 at Bridlington after the Hudson gets a new exhaust.
