This tutorial covers free centrifugal clutch mods that can add performance on a Predator-powered go kart, mini bike, or similar project. The same steps work with almost any centrifugal clutch and are easy to do at no cost, turning a standard clutch toward max-torque SS style behavior without buying that unit. A six shoe clutch is converted to a nine shoe clutch, and a Max Torque black spring is cut to a custom length so the clutch engages at a higher RPM (3200-3400 RPM) with more power and better grip.
