This brief clip shows two Tillotson clone carburetors so one can be chosen for the Ducar 212 Hemi engine build. You will see that carburetor in Part 3 of the Ducar 212 Hemi build. They are chainsaw replacement carbs, yet the gain of fitting one on a 212 DUCAR or 212 Predator is worth a look. The product title in the listing is YOFMOO Carburetor Carb Compatible for Stihl. The first carb received was the FULIN brand. It was pleasing enough that another was ordered. The next carburetor from the same listing was branded Tillotson and had a larger venturi. More have been ordered since and have arrived branded Tillotson. These are Tillotson clone carburetors and not genuine Tillys. They are likely using genuine Tillotson block stacks on a cloned carb body. They are worth the price even if used only for replacement parts. The carb bore on the intake side measures 1.002 (one inch and two thousandths) on both carbs, not 1.200. The spoken two hundred on the carb on the right was a slip for two thousandths. Little is said about these carbs in the Part 3 Ducar 212 Hemi engine build video because this is an experiment to check quality and performance of the Tillotson copies. Cost was less than $15 each including tax and shipping; the current price may change.
