Trying to decide on a Lipo battery for x30

first thing I'd look at is the voltage the starter can actually take not just grabbing whatever lipo is cheap. I'm still learning so I dont want to fry anything on the x30, also they bounce around more than a regular pack if you don't strap them down good. what are you guys even running
