How do you free the kart up on corner exit
I'm running into the same issue most race days once the track really comes in. Early heats the kart drives off the corner fine and I can stay with the pack, but by the final the exit just goes dead. It feels planted and stuck rather than free, especially anywhere tighter than a sweeping turn. The motor isn't suddenly down on power; it just won't pull out cleanly like it did when grip was lower. Gap to the front opens up steadily from there even if the rest of the lap still feels okay.
I've been chasing it with the usual suspects. Widening the rear a bit as the day goes on, easing tire pressure a touch, and backing caster toward neutral all help early, then the sticky surface seems to overwhelm those changes. Rear ride height is still up at the high or neutral starting point, so dropping that is on the list, but I don't want to throw it at the problem blindly. Front track is already pretty narrow because going wider just adds oversteer in lower grip, and I'm not sure that helps the exit issue anyway.
What I'm really after is a sensible order of attack for freeing the exit without killing mid-corner bite or entry. Do most people start with rear height and track width, or is seat position and side strut support a bigger deal once rubber builds? I've also wondered about the front torsion bar and whether softer or stiffer there helps the rear break free sooner on throttle, or if that just moves the problem. Same with axle choice if you're on a medium.
One thing that seems easy to get wrong is chasing the symptom at the front when the rear simply won't rotate under power. On high grip that masks itself until time is already gone. This mainly shows up at peak stick late in the day, not so much in cooler morning sessions when everything still slides a bit. If you've sorted this on LO206 or similar club four-stroke stuff, what actually made the difference in those late heats? Looking for practical starting points and what to check first.

Get the seat and the weight distribution sorted before you touch anything else on the kart. That is the foundation, and nothing else will respond the way it should if the balance is off to begin with.
On these low-power club motors the exit bind usually eases once you shift the seat forward a few inches, enough to bring the front weight up toward roughly forty-three percent. That moves the center of gravity both lower and farther forward, which is what actually lets the rear break free under power without killing the mid-corner bite. Heavier drivers feel this more than most in the four-stroke classes, and getting that balance right opens up the rest of the tuning window so the usual track and height changes start working again instead of getting overwhelmed late in the day..
Once that is in the ballpark you can look at rear height and width with some confidence. Seat first, then the rest.

Do this in order and only change one thing per heat.
1. Rear ride height down.
2. Rear track wider.
3. Side strut loose or off.
4. Soften or remove the front bar if it is still in.
Do not start with axle or front track. Those are easy to get wrong and they mask the real problem, which is the rear staying planted when the surface is at peak stick. Morning sessions slide a little so the same setup feels fine. That is why it only shows up in the final.

From what I understand, once the track gets really grippy the outside rear can end up taking too much load and start to go off over a longer run, which leaves the kart feeling stuck on throttle instead of rotating free. I think the idea is that anything loading that corner harder just makes the problem show up sooner in the final. Honestly not sure how much seat support changes that versus the height stuff. Have you looked at whether softening the side strut helps the rear break loose a bit earlier on exit without losing too much mid corner?
