Ive got a pair of 40mm axles around 1040mm long that ended up slightly bent, maybe a few mm out on one end. From what I understand a bend like that can throw off the whole driveline alignment pretty quick, but Im not totally sure how much is still usable versus scrap. They were decent medium and hard ones so Id hate to just write them off if theres a realistic fix. Has anyone dealt with straightening something in this size range, or is it usually not worth the effort?
