A running 2015 record of Donald Trump insults captured on television, meant to be added to as more remarks appear. Later comments targeted Muslims and Syrian refugees with profiling and false claims, in the same pattern used earlier toward some Mexicans and immigrants after he launched his campaign. As GOP front-runner he has insulted whole groups, journalists, and rivals since announcing, including this month. November targets included Muslims: after the Paris attacks he said all Muslims in the United States should be watched, mosques should be closed, and he would certainly implement a database to track Muslims. Refugees: he joined those who would refuse Syrian refugees over fear ISIS could enter among them, applied the database and surveillance talk to all incoming refugees, and restated wanting a wall to keep immigrants or refugees out. African Americans: after an African-American protester at an Alabama rally shouted Black lives matter, Trump said maybe he should have been roughed up and told people to get him the hell out of here; he also tweeted false crime statistics claiming most killings were by blacks, with an image of a black man in army pants and bandanas covering his face holding a gun. A partial October list included Ben Carson, with Trump using extra scrutiny of Carson's past stories to tweet that the Carson story is either a total fabrication or, if true, even worse, trying to hit mother over the head with a hammer or stabbing friend, questioning whether Carson has the right temperament to be president, and sharing an ad asking violent criminal or pathological liar, we don't need either as president. Marco Rubio: Trump again called him weak on illegal immigration and a lightweight, said the senator is disloyal, and urged former Gov. Jeb Bush to publicly denounce him.
