Exprit Noesis on FB, good buy for a newbie?
I've been looking at a used Exprit Noesis on Facebook Marketplace and honestly I'm pretty tempted as someone still pretty new to proper track karting. From what I understand the Noesis is a solid enough chassis option for LO206-style racing, but I'm not totally sure how forgiving they are on reliability if you're mainly doing practice days and still learning the car. Does anyone know if these generally hold up okay for a beginner, or are there common wear points I should be asking the seller about first?

A used Noesis can serve a beginner just fine for practice days if the chassis is still straight and honest. OTK frames are common enough that parts support is not usually the problem. What matters is condition, not the badge on the side.
Start with the underside. That is where real use shows up.. look for flat spots, deep gouges, and whether it ever ran proper chassis protectors. Then check the seat stays, especially the non-drive side. Those tubes crack on this family of chassis more often than people expect, and a cracked stay will only get worse once you start putting time on it.
Engine mount and clutch should look solid too. If those pieces check out and nothing is bent, you are in reasonable shape for learning. Do not overthink the rest until you have confirmed the basics.
