differences between Greyhound Ribvest and Bengio Carbon
Comfort comes down to how the thing sits on your ribs more than the brand. Between a Greyhound Ribvest and a Bengio Carbon which one actually stays put without digging in once you get some heat in the suit? I'm not chasing extra protection for regular club days. Strap adjustment is usually the real issue not the shell material.

Get both vests on while you are seated the way you sit in the kart, and do that before you pay extra for a carbon shell. That one check shows how the panels rest on your ribs, which is what decides whether the vest stays put or starts to dig once the suit gets warm and the straps settle. Carbon isn't required for club days.
The Greyhound lets you change the spacing of the side panels with the circular adjuster on the back so the shaped sections can sit on the right part of the ribcage. The Bengio is a set width at the back so it either matches your shape or it doesn't. Greyhound is the more flexible of the two, and these vests are mostly about personal fit.
